Gatineau Hot Air Balloon Festival
Since 1988 this annual festival that scheduled on
the first days on September welcomes close to 150 balloonists
from several countries from the world as Holland, Switzerland,
Brazil, France, Spain, England, United States and Canada.
All years the festival the festival attracts several thousands
of visitors to La Baie Park in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.
Bizarre, special and spectacular shapes can be found over the
skies of Gatineau and Ottawa during the festival.
The ideal conditions for a balloon flight are after sunrise and
before sunset and need cool temperature and winds under 15 km/h.
